Tracking a translation from another provider

If you used another translation company or a freelance translator, there is usually no public tracker. The most reliable option is to contact your provider directly and reference the date you sent your documents.

Orders placed with TrueTranslate follow the business-hour schedule selected at checkout. For 1 to 3 pages, Standard takes 24 hours and Priority 12; for more than 3, they take 48 and 24 respectively. Economy takes 72 hours. Your exact promise is shown before payment.
