What We Need From You
Six things, and most take a minute. Send us clear scans of every page, tell us your languages, pick your speed, and add notarization or an apostille only if your institution asks for it. We take it from there.
From $22.95 per page · Certificate of Accuracy included · No hidden fees
Six Things That Make Your Order Fast and Accurate
Have these ready and your order goes straight to a translator without a single follow-up email.
Clear, legible scans
A flat scan or a sharp phone photo of each page, with no blur, glare, shadows, or cut-off edges. We translate exactly what we can read.
Every page, in order
Include all pages of every document, including blank or stamped pages, so the translation and the Certificate of Translation Accuracy cover the complete record.
Both sides of ID cards
For passports, national IDs, driver's licenses, and residence cards, upload the front and the back. Institutions expect both sides translated.
Your languages
Tell us the source language your document is written in and the target language you need, usually English for USCIS. We translate to and from 60+ languages.
Your turnaround
Pick Economy, Standard, or Priority at checkout. The translation and the signed certificate are identical; only the delivery promise changes, and you see it for your page count before you pay.
Add-ons, if your institution needs them
Notarization ($19.95), a notarized original hard copy by USPS ($49.95), or an apostille ($149 per document plus shipping). USCIS does not require any of them.
Exact page count and price on every upload
What a Good Upload Looks Like
We work from the files you upload, so the translation can only be as complete as the scan. These five checks prevent almost every delay.
If a page is unclear or missing, we contact you before translation starts. Your original documents never leave your hands.
- One clear scan or phone photo per page, with the whole page in frame
- Borders, stamps, seals, handwritten notes, and signatures fully visible
- Text sharp enough to read every name, date, and number
- Front and back of every ID card or two-sided document
- All pages of the same document uploaded together, in order
Add Only What Your Institution Asks For
Every order is delivered as a certified PDF by email with a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy. Add notarization, a hard copy, or an apostille only if your receiving institution requires it.
Notarization
A notary witnesses the translator's certificate and the notarized set is emailed to you.
For courts, DMVs, universities, employers, an apostille, or use abroad. Not required by USCIS.
$19.95per orderNotarized original hard copy by USPS
Includes notarization. The original notarized set is mailed with an expected delivery of 5 to 12 business days, in addition to the emailed PDF.
Choose it when you need a physical, notarized original in hand.
$49.95per orderApostille
Authenticates the notarized translation for use abroad. Notarization is required and added automatically. Plus one shipping line per order: $49 within the United States or $99 international.
Choose it when the country receiving your document requires an apostille.
$149per documentWhich one do you need?
Where your document is going decides it.
- USCIS: a certified translation with a signed certificate of accuracy. No notarization needed.
- Courts, DMVs, universities, employers, or authorities abroad: they may ask for notarization. Check with the receiving office.
- Use in another country: an apostille authenticates the notarized translation, so notarization is required and added automatically.
- Extra certified PDF copies are free on every order.
Certified or Notarized?
Most people need a certified translation. Notarization is an add-on only some institutions ask for.
Certified Translation
A complete, word-for-word translation with a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy. This is what USCIS requires, and what most universities, courts, and government agencies ask for. No notary is involved.
Notarization Add-On
The same certified translation, with the translator's certificate witnessed by a notary public. Courts, DMVs, universities, employers, and authorities abroad may ask for it, and an apostille requires it. Add it at checkout for $19.95 per order.
