A page is up to 250 words of source text, including numbers, dates, stamps, and seal text, rounded up per document with a minimum of one page per document. We count the words when you upload and show the exact page count before you pay. If a file cannot be counted automatically, our team counts it by hand within one business hour and emails you the exact quote; nothing is charged until you approve it.
No. USCIS requires a certified translation with a signed certificate of accuracy, which is included with every certified order. Notarization ($19.95 per order) is only needed if the court, DMV, university, employer, or authority abroad receiving your documents asks for it, or if you are adding an apostille.
