Turnaround in business hours

Standard delivers 1 to 3 pages in 24 business hours and Priority in 12, counted from order confirmation and excluding weekends and US federal holidays. Larger orders follow the same schedule as our public pricing page. If we miss a Priority promise, the Priority surcharge is refunded automatically. Economy is not offered on account orders; the account rate already reflects your volume.

Add-ons on any order

Notarization for courts, DMVs, universities, employers, apostilles, and use abroad (USCIS does not require it). A notarized original hard copy by USPS, expected in 5 to 12 business days. An apostille per document, plus one shipping line per order to the destination address. Extra certified PDF copies are free.

Account rates are quoted per page from your expected monthly volume and language mix, and confirmed in writing before your first account order. A page is up to 250 words of source text, rounded up per document, and we count the words when a file is uploaded. There are no bundles or coupons; the account rate is the only discount, and add-ons are itemized on every invoice.
Turnaround is counted in business hours from order confirmation (payment received and files legible), excluding weekends and US federal holidays. Standard is 24 business hours for 1 to 3 pages and 48 for more than 3. Priority is 12 business hours for 1 to 3 pages and 24 for more than 3.
Yes, on any order. Notarization adds a notary-witnessed certificate, emailed with the PDF; USCIS does not require it, but courts, DMVs, universities, employers, and foreign authorities often do. The notarized original hard copy is mailed by USPS and expected in 5 to 12 business days. Apostilles are priced per document plus one shipping line per order, and the apostille and shipping lines are refundable only before the document is submitted for apostille.
