Per-page pricing

Certified translation is priced per page rather than per word, which makes short official documents predictable. A page is up to 250 source words, including numbers, dates, stamps, and seal text. Page counts are rounded up per document, with a one-page minimum per document.

What affects the price

A few factors move the final number.

Number of pages and tier

Certified translation is $22.95/page on Economy and $29.95/page on Standard. Priority starts at $44.95/page; one page is $54.95.

Turnaround

For 1 to 3 pages, Economy is 72 business hours, Standard is 24 business hours, and Priority is 12 business hours. For more than 3 pages, the times are 72, 48, and 24 business hours respectively.

Add-ons

Notarization ($19.95), a notarized original hard copy by USPS ($49.95), and an apostille ($149.00 per document plus $49.00 domestic or $99.00 international shipping per order) are itemized separately. Apostille requires notarization.

Getting an exact quote

Upload your document to see an instant, itemized quote before you pay, with no guessing. The certification itself is always included in the per-page price.
